Running in the rain never really bothers me, unless its below 40 degrees or so. This morning was a comfortable 62 degrees with steady rain, so I donned my new Mountain Hardware rain coat and took to the Holden Rail Trail. Jesse and I stuck to the hilly section for 4 miles of the 5 mile run. Easy pace throughout, but seemed a little taxing on my lower body from the get-go. Not sure why my legs seem so tired, its been an easy week running-wise and I didn't run long over the weekend?
May want to go super easy the next few days then try to get in a nice long run this weekend. Thinking about a stretch along the Mid-state. Maybe an out and back, car to re-supply, then out and back in the other direction.
