Ran hard at Rayburn this morning with Jesse. Cool temps and a blistering pace made this a solid tempo run. About 6.5 miles in 48 minutes.
Planned the 5k for the other personal fitness class I teach today. Decided to run it with them. Beat yesterday's time, and had a massive cramp from lap 3 on. Must have been the large quantity of oatmeal and the two cups of coffee I drank 30 minutes prior to the run (its way fun running with stabbing pain in stomach, let me tell you). Couldn't stop or slow down due to a few kiddies trying to beat me. No such luck young bloods, maybe next time.
