Running Full

33 minute tempo. Short, I know, but that's all my stomach could handle. 5 eggs and two pieces of toast (slathered in peanut butter) 45 minutes prior to the run had me hunched over on the trail. Maybe I should wait to digest a little longer....

Wore my new Tecnica Inferno X-Lite's on the run (almost puked on 'em...). Awesome look (black and red), interesting lacing method (Salomon-like), and much lighter and less bulky than my Diablo's. A tad bit loose in the heel makes me want to try a 9.5 though.
