Explored some new trails off River St. near the Holden/West Boylston Rail Trail. Mostly fired roads so I was able to really push it. Last time running hard till the race next Saturday on the Wapack. Getting fired up about this one.
Pulled off 4 ticks post run. Hate those things!!!!
