Bailed on the run yesterday morning (rain...i know poor excuse) but got punished in the afternoon. 2 hours of splitting wood. All manual labor, no machines. Move, split, stack repeat. My fingers, wrists, forearms, core and legs are trashed. Maybe I could incorporate this more into my routine as it is a "sick" totally body workout.
Run at wheeler this morning was simply recovery. Body is trashed and would not allow me to move any faster than a snails pace. Some rain drops hit me mid-way through and started to pick up towards the end.
