Found some new trails at Rayburn this morning. I noticed them last week but in my hiatus from AM running, this was my first chance to check em out.
Got to shake the dude/duddette's hand who makes these trails. Awesome use of the terrain and the surrounding environment.
Slept in till 5am and still got an hour run in. Got prep first and figured the extra hour of Z's would be necessary.
Did some Trigger Point Therapy last night to work out the kinks. Feeling good. Regaining some lost confidence.
