Dead Legs

After yesterday's run, and my legs being worn out, I figured a rest day (at least from running) was in order. The weight room was calling and so were some front squats (5 x 8) at 95, 95, 115, 115, 115 followed by 10 minutes of foam rolling and lastly a 5 minute ride on the stationary bike to move my hip joint a bit.

The hip is still tight from the collision I had with a youngster on Tuesday in our lax game. Walking is getting a easier, but after sitting for awhile it still gets pretty tight.
