Looks like triathlon without the bike?

No run again this morning. Got out yesterday afternoon due to no landscaping. Hit the trails at Rayburn for less than a mile then back to the road. Way to muddy and was doing more damage (to the trails) than I would have expected. 50/50 shot on work this afternoon, so I may be able to get a run in later on.

Ran with Gleason after school. He was doing an easy recovery run. I was doing a hard tempo. Pace was fast for me but felt good. Its funny how he can speak easily and I only grunted when we had conversation. Would love to do this more often...
