Slept the entire night last night and feel real good this morning. Not groggy either, as I did not take any melatonin. No early AM run but may sneak in a quick one with the kiddies, we got a 5k on tap for our workout today.
The spring landscaping season starts today and I'm sure my bro in law has a jam packed day for me. I've been painting for my sister at her place for the past two days (inside) and need the fresh air and movement.
Looking forward to this weekends' six hour event. Hope the lack of training this week won't hurt my fitness too much. Guess I should consider it a "generous taper" for an event I could run "only" 30-40 miles.
This could be fun someday....
