Took some more Melatonin last night and ended up sleeping better than Sunday night. Still felt groggy in the am though.
Never got out to the track yesterday afteroon, so I took a zero for Monday. Although, I could have, the kiddies beckend me to the badminton court and I couldn't let them down.
No run this morning. Kinda feel bad about it. Slept well enough to run but still stayed in bed. I got prep last and "will" get out to move the legs a bit, even if its only three-ish miles or so. Good thing I race this weekend and planned to cut back on mileage anyway....
Update: got in 4 miles on the hs track. booorrring....
