Took some melatonin last night and slept for a few hours. I was up early enough (before 4am) to change my alarm to a later time. My body is craving more sleep and I just can't seem to get it. The melatonin made me feel super drowsy this morning, even as I write this (almost 7am), I fell a bit "off". Looking to run during my prep last block. May skip lunch so I can get a few more easy laps in around the track.
This is epic.
Looking to go easy this week, as I have the six hour event on Sunday. Will run through Thursday, then take the remaining days off.
