Five miles on the "dreadmill" last night around 8pm. Watched the western states movie "Race for the Soul" to get me through it.
My little girl went down mid-afternoon and I knew I had to push it to get in a few miles. Hit 10 in an hour and 31 minutes. Was flying up and down hills and felt great. Combined the rail trail and trout brook for a cool loop. Little twinge in my right shin due to my workout with the kiddies last week (backpedaling at break-neck speed....).
Looking to get some solid runs in this week early morning and a long run on Friday with Ben.
