Degrees that is. Damn was it cold this morning. Got a text from the sole kidde that was joining me around 4:20ish saying that he was junk and headed back to bed. I don't blame him. I was junk, it was cold, but I still picked off 5 miles. Ran the Gazebo road race route in a slow 45 minutes. Took a good 15 minutes to warm-up the body.
