Had three teachers on the run this morning. Six all together with three newbies when it comes to trail running. I think they enjoyed the run but may stick with the roads for now. Its was muddy and muddy and very muddy in areas and I think their shoes got a bit dirty. Tough time a year to start on the trails. Many leaves to cover the already treacherous roots and rocks. Fun was had by all though.
For the post-run workout, I completed a workout that comprised of a 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep scheme of 65lb thrusters, air squats and push-ups. Finished in 9:17. Slow by many standards I would think but felt good for me.
