Not sure if the AM classes are just too early for the kiddies or maybe the runs and workout are killin em, but I ran solo this morning and only had two for the core/strength training workout session.
Run was at a solid pace (8:03) for 6.6 miles on a hilly course. Legs were real sore from yesterday's thruster workout.
Hit the core hard post-run and then did a cool back squat workout. Took 135lbs and did 10 reps. 60 second rest then decreased the weight by 10lbs and did another 10 reps. Did this workout all the way to 65lbs. Good stuff. Legs will hurt for a few days which may hinder 100k over the weekend.
