6:00am session consisted of a 20 minute core training session and then a shoulder workout consisting of 10 sets of 2 reps with a 60 sec rest in-between sets. I used 85lbs and felt like the weakest one in there. No joke. I struggled but felt good to complete it and knowing that I'm going to struggle for a bit to regain my strength. 9 kids total came to this session, with our first young lady in attendance.
