Day one of my extra help sessions went great. Had 3 students join me on the 4:30am run which lasted an hour and covered 5.75 miles on the wheeler/williams trails.
During the 6am session, we had 5 students doing a metcon. We did I workout I concocted called "Dead Wrong". It consists of three rounds of 50 situps, 400m run, 10 deadlifts (155lbs) and 25 burpees. I took home the gold in 15:18, which was pretty surprising since I haven't done any CF in two years and some of the kids who showed are future fire breathers. Good stuff all around.
