Morning Light

Ran a nice loop from my parents house in grafton. The loop took me along route 30 near tufts vet school. The sun was coming up about then as I ran the road boarding the corn fields. Good stuff. Run was 7.2 miles in 1hr. Easy pace (8:23) felt like i was jogging compared to my last two runs (6:29 and 6:31 pace). I think I may want to do more fast shorter stuff, so my long slow stuff gets easier and maybe i can even go faster on the long stuff.  Food for thought i guess.
