Ran the rail trail yesterday with my little girl. Six miles in 53 minutes.
Ran the roads near my rents house. Tried to stay away from major hills so not to tax out the legs too much. Want to come back nice and easy. 40 minutes for 5.19 miles.
Teacher meetings start tomorrow thru Thursday. I guess this is officially the last day of summer for me. Sad the summer went by so quick and glad to get back to teaching.
