My calves are hurting pretty bad. Not sure why. I can assume its the residual effects of the long run a few weeks ago or maybe even using the low heel-toe drop shoes on the road (kinvara/mirage) as compared to my lofty tecnica's. No idea. Ran this morning, again on the roads, and immediately hit the bath with some epsom salt. The followed that up with a dip in the pool (which was cold!) This helped post MW100 and hopefully it will help again.
Run was 5.13 miles in 40 minutes.
