Today I busted out the Indo Board during personal fitness class. It was a major hit with my students (and myself). I used it during my prep period for 20 minutes and was in a full out sweat upon finishing. Also did some strength training while I was in the weight room.
Ran the rayburn powerlines this morning with Jay. Uneventful run with some muddy and snowy parts (still!). Run time was an hour and seven minutes for 6.6 miles.
Looking to hit the roads tomorrow for a little more mileage and faster pace.
