No running but plenty of spring cleaning around the yard. Vacuumed the cars, patched the crack in the basement and got in a 20 minute walk with my wife and daughter for exercise. A solid active rest day I would say.
A decent week of training. Got in 50 miles for the week and have 127.5 miles for the month of March. With next Saturday's ultra (40 miles), I should be able to obtain my goal of 175 for the month. Pushed it hard on Wednesday and paid for it the rest of the week. My legs are tired and no running today should help.
Got in 4 days of core training and 2 days of strength training. Feeling stronger on my runs and I think the regular strength training routine is definitely helping.
