Ran the Rayburn trails solo this morning. Legs felt surprisingly good. Right shin is a little tight, but I've had this issue after long runs for quite some time. 5.5 miles in 55 minutes. Easy pace on single track and power line trails with little to no mud.
Got my MT101's in the mail yesterday! So excited. These are a free pair I earned for attending a focus group on ultra running at the new balance center in Boston. Can't wait to try em out.
