Our basement flooded this morning. Second time in four years. I was ready to leave for a workout and school at 5:15am (later than usual) and came downstairs to a pool of water. Spent the next seven hours removing the water with a wet-vac. Thats all the exercise I got today. Mentally and physically drained. Water stains, wet plaster board and possible mold on the way is wracking my brain.
If only life were easy...
