Exploring the Reservoir

Decided on a late night jaunt on some fire roads along the Wachusett Reservoir. Jesse and I have been talking about a circumnavigation of it, and I think I'm ready to commit. Looks like some roads must be pounded to get it done but it will be worth the effort. Tonight I started at Gate 17 which then kicked me out on route 70 towards Boylston Center. I then took Scar Hill Road to Gate 15 and headed down to the water. From there it was about a 3/4 mile run along the water's edge (one of the most scenic stretches I've ever run in MA). Doubled back to the car.
