With yesterday's "tweaking" of the left ankle, I decided to forgo the run, sleep in and take a rest day. Would like to get in a nice long tempo this weekend in preparation for next weekend's race, but we'll see what the ankle wants to do.
Some foam rolling and maybe some core training on tap during my break today.
