Felt like the legs just didn't want to work this morning and the shuffle-fest began. Good thing though, I woke up (didn't really sleep...) at 4am and got to it. Feels real good to have my run (shuffle) in the bag this morning.
Looking to possibly hit the weights today or tomorrow with the some foam rolling on the alternate day.
Signed up for this race in a few weeks. Hopping my shuffling will be discontinued by then....
Update: did 8 x 2 front squats (115, 135,135,135, 140,140,145,145) and OH DB walks with 40lbs for 200' x 3
