Ran at Trout Brook this afternoon for 7 solid paced miles, even though my legs felt like lead weights. Ran 3 on the mill last night and did some weight training afterwards.
3 complexes of 10 single leg lunges with a 15lb dumbbell held goblet style, followed by a deep goblet squat with same 15lb dumbbell, then 8 reps of a 65lb front squat. Little sore this morning but something that I need to do with some frequency.
