No run this morning...couldn't get out of bed. Actually been somewhat tough this week as far as getting up early. Not sure if I'm run down and need some rest.
Did some weights after the kiddies left (1/2day). Back squats, barbell lunges, and suitcase squats.
Looking to get out somewhat early tomorrow morning for a run. Maybe two hours. May possible hit the treadmill tonight if I feel up for the torture.
