Woke up to snow in holden this morning but by the time i got to gtown it was pouring rain. Started off getting pretty wet then it subsided mid-way through the run. Trails were under water and sloppy. Ran about a mile on the lower wheeler trails then finished the run on the roads. Was 35 deg this morning as opposed to 55 deg yesterday?
Feel the sickness creeping over me. Tough to swallow and congestion. I think the run cleared things out a bit...for now.
