Took this weekend off completely from running but got in a nice walk with my wife and daughter on Saturday and worked all day on Sunday. Feel like I just got hit by a truck though. Tough day on the landscape front.
Soreness is almost completely gone. Finally....
Nougat 100k is on. Looks like 20 definite and another 20 on the fence. We'll see who shows up. Took two weeks off post-ghost train and haven't really put a huge effort towards training for this race. Legs feels good though so I might see what I can pull off.
