Not sure whats up other than the heat and humidity, but I just couldn't seem to find my legs this morning. 5 miles in 41 minutes and it felt like i was crawling. Looking back, I didn't really eat much yesterday but did drink plenty of fluids. May need to look at calorie consumption on these hot days and see if I'm getting enough. Most of the time I don't even want to east, I just want to drink water. Hopefully this lull in my running goes away soon with the big run looming ahead.
