Ceder Hill/Crane Swamp

Jay and I checked out a new spot over in westboro this morning called Crane Swamp Regional Trails. The run started off through a field, where we collected a few ticks (which always freaks me out!), then headed into the woods for a nice climb. The trails are part of the westboro charm bracelet loop and had many side-trails leading elsewhere. The climb up ceder hill was a good one and I'll probably use it more often to get some hill training in. Total run time was 55 minutes for 5.8 miles.
