After a down week in mileage last week (19.5), my fresh legs carried me to a win at the Big A 50K. My total weekly was 56 miles and monthly mileage was 205, which was did not reach my goal of 225 for the month of April but what can you do. A tough landscaping week where I made some serious coin surely outweighed me gaining my monthly mileage goals.
Core training was good for the week with 5 days but still no strength training. May be tough this week to get it in as well with Wapack on Saturday.
