Jay's Neck of the Woods

Jay and I ran some trails near his area this morning. The Westborough Fish and Game occupies some 427 acres of land straddling the westborough/northboro border. The trails consisted of some double track, old roads, carriage roads and closed off access roads. This non-technical area could be used as a super fast training area and we actually spoke about how it could be used as a high school cross country course. A solid run in another new spot. That's two new trail systems just this week. Total run time was 5.5 miles in 46 minutes.
