Weekly mileage stands at 43.7 and for the month, 77 miles. I have this week left for training and then a taper after next weekend for the fells ultra. I've checked out the competition and their looks to be some solid runners lining up on march 26th. I am shooting for top three as a goal and under six hours for time.
