Just me and my secret weapon (iPod) at the rail trail tonight. We hit the hilly section first to get four, then a flat one mile to the bridge and turned to the river trails for one back. Six at just over 8 minute miles. Felt good that I could do this after 25 miles yesterday.
62 miles on the week. 8 shy of last weeks 70. Looking to keep it around 60 this week then start to taper for the VT100.
