Jesse and I hit the Holden Rail Trail, Quinepoxet St. Trails and the Trout Brook Reservation on Tuesday morning (4am style) to get in 15 at a good pace. I felt a little off in the beginning but came back towards the middle. My legs are a bit tired from a big mileage week last week (70) and maybe I was a bit dehydrated as well.
Took today off to rest the legs (besides landscaping or course). Felt good to just relax in the early AM. Was able to get some studying/reading in for my grad course. Looking to get out tomorrow and get some more mileage in before our cool run planned for Saturday.
