Looking to run 62 miles tomorrow and thats about it. No expectations, just have a fun run. My legs are still a bit sore from the WOD and strength training this week and the thought of pushing it for any amount of time is probably not good for my body.
My goal of 2,000 miles for the year is within reach and getting 62 tomorrow will help my cause. I need a little less than 200 miles in a month and half.
Should be fun race. I know the guys putting it on and they seem like cool dudes. Free of charge and a new trail system to explore has me excited about Sunday. Now if only I could actually get some sleep tonight...I rarely ever sleep well before a race....
