The family and I headed down to the vineyard for my buddies wedding this weekend. Great to see all my college friends. Got in two five mile runs while there on some cool single track and fire roads in the state forest.
Looking to get in some solid training runs this week and putting in some mileage in the morning runs. I've been only hitting the 5 to 7 mile range and need to up that to 7 to 9 I think. Looking to annihilate this ghost train ultra coming up.
