Another Back Breaking Day On the Job

My brother-in-law planned another ball bustin day for us. He estimated the job would take a day and half but we plowed through it in one day. More raking, mulching, blowing and cutting down trees for the workout. No run but I'm cool with it. I figure my shin will heel with the rest and I have two ultras back to back coming up. April 30th is a low-key 50k and May 7th is Wapack which I would like to do well at. We'll see if landscaping combined with many rest days helps or hurts my performance there.
